My personal bike. It's always a work in progress. The Thruxton excited me from the beginning. Originally, it was to be a T100, but I saw this on the Triumph website, and had to have it. Put money down sight unseen, took delivery April '04

Here' a list of the changes and modifications I've made over the years. (I'll try to remember everything!)

Engine:
Case color from silver to black
Red triangle badge
Bored sprocket cover
Two into One exhaust (prototype, it's on the
way!) 1 3/4" headers to 2" collector and back
pipe, swirl induction, glass wrapped, and carbon
fiber/stainless muffler.
Intake manifolds buffed and ported, carburettors
re-jetted, velocity stacks, Uni filters and silicone
filter adaptors, slides drilled, balance tube.
Nology coil and wires, Brisk spark plugs, Procom
igniter.
Oil temperature gage, larger and relocated oil
cooler.
A-I removed
Chassis:
Raised bars (placed on top of upper yoke)
Lowered rear - 1" shorter Hagon rear shocks to
maintain geometry
Ikon progressive front springs
Lower fork tubes brushed and clear coated
Friction Steering Damper (it's available!)
Body work:
Rear fender removed
Rear fender skirt
Rear signals replaced
Seat re-padded and re-upholstered (still a work
in progress, stay tuned for an eye opener!)
Side covers removed
Battery re-positioned
Rectifier re-positioned
Cabon/Kevlar tank
Coventry 3/4 fairing with flush mount signals
Carbon front fender with skirt
Carbon chain guard
Carbon clutch actuator cover
Carbon brake heel guard
